Aufgaben
- Own solution architecture and design for ESM implementations
- Lead architectural workshops to align stakeholders
- Drive configuration, customization, and implementation decisions
- Define technical standards and implementation guardrails
- Review implementations to ensure technical excellence
- Structure and accept detailed work packages
- Provide effort estimations and feasibility assessments
- Coach and mentor consultants and solution architects
- Drive knowledge transfer and team training
- Provide process and tool advisory for operating models
- Configure customer environments based on solution designs
- Conduct complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Create architecture documentation and stakeholder presentations
- Support pre-sales activities with high-level solution concepts
- Design and review complex integration architectures
- Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks
- Deliver tool training for customers and partners
