- Understanding of basic principles of CNN structure and training
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with researchers
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good understanding of visual quality metrics
- Excellent software skills (C/C++, Python, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Matlab)

- Investigate algorithms for image and video signal processing
- Participate in international standardization efforts
- Promote Huawei's technologies to standardization bodies
- Explore innovative algorithms in artificial intelligence
