Anforderungen

• •Recognized experience in airframe design
• •Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD.) in aeronautics, aviation, or mechanical
• •10+ years of professional expertise in aircraft development and airframe design
• •Wide proficiency in airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials, methods, and tools
• •New aircraft development experience (CS25) and product development experience of several aircraft programs
• •Experience in design and development of airframe structural components
• •Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
• •Analytical and structured way of working
• •Very good presenting, communication, and leadership skills
• •Project management experience
• •Team player

Aufgaben

• •Lead and instruct complex tasks internally and externally
• •Define specifications and Means of Compliance
• •Integrate complex airframe structures and systems installation
• •Schedule activities and required competencies according to deliverables
• •Lead allocated resources within an airframe work package to ensure deliverables
• •Ensure structural integrity by optimizing weight and performance of airframe components
• •Propose optimizations for weight improvement and cost-effective design
• •Establish check procedures and progress monitoring aligned with program processes
• •Define and drive opportunities for digitalization and automation of airframe design processes, methods, and tools
