- Create high-performing newsletters and CRM copy
- Translate brand aesthetics and identity into clear, emotional messaging
- Collaborate closely with Product Development
- Understand complex topics around formulations, ingredients, and product compositions
- Interpret and translate complex information into customer-friendly communication
