- Improve LEGO brand positioning and commercial success
- Plan and deploy performance marketing campaigns
- Manage Retail Media activations with key accounts
- Ensure consistent brand experiences across all channels
- Develop omni-channel shopper strategies using cross-functional insights
- Utilize and improve the LEGO technology stack
- Deploy impactful assets to drive engagement and conversion
- Automate asset deployment and data exchange with partners
- Collaborate with agencies and retailers to implement promotions
- Distill takeaways and insights from brand partnerships
- Build pilot programs and scale successful solutions
- Partner with Account Management and Digital Marketing teams
- Increase conversion and brand engagement throughout the year
- Coordinate with the regional E-Commerce Center of Excellence
- Share best practices with cross-functional teams
- Build E-Commerce and digital competencies across the organization
- Stay updated on latest E-Commerce industry standards
- Elevate Omnichannel roadmaps for key accounts in DACH
