Anforderungen

  • Minimum 15+ years' leadership experience in supply chain operations, supply planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, distribution, logistics, or financial modeling
  • Proven track record in multi-year business strategy development and execution
  • Experience in retail Open to Buy (OTB) environment
  • Experience in SAP, o9, or advanced planning systems
  • Grounded in lean principles, Six Sigma, and Blackbelt methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and leadership in complex matrix environments
  • Driving organizational excellence through communication and solutions-based approaches
  • Strong influential leadership and cross-functional alignment skills
  • Vision setting, team alignment, and commitment fostering

Aufgaben

  • Lead regional supply chain strategy and execution.
  • Oversee planning, inventory, and IBP.
  • Manage regional operations, allocation, and replenishment.
  • Direct warehousing and logistics activities.
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain execution in EMEA.
  • Ensure alignment with global supply chain standards.
  • Drive regional agility to meet customer needs.
  • Optimize inventory levels.
  • Deliver financial and operational targets.
  • Provide strategic leadership for growth and excellence.
  • Own the regional supply chain strategy.
  • Lead evolution of a comprehensive, long-term strategy.

  • Formulate the regional five-year supply chain roadmap.
  • Lead execution of the five-year roadmap.
  • Plan and execute yearly phasing for readiness.
  • Lead team members to achieve roadmap goals.
  • Build a high-performance regional supply chain team.
  • Develop expertise in merchandise and demand planning.
  • Oversee inventory planning and allocation.
  • Manage DTC and WHS replenishment and distribution.
  • Lead regional IBP operations.
  • Instill Arc’teryx leadership principles.
  • Own the regional value chain.
  • Act as primary interface with other functions.
  • Ensure alignment with commercial and planning teams.
  • Align supply chain objectives via monthly IBP cycle.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to brand leaders.
  • Offer operational partnership to brand leaders.
  • Develop regional warehousing and logistics strategy.
  • Include multi-node networks and tech upgrades.
  • Plan warehouse expansions.
  • Optimize the regional transportation strategy.
  • Utilize local logistics providers.
  • Enable retail fleet in-store productivity.
  • Influence and enable regional commercial strategy.
  • Translate global strategies into regional execution plans.
  • Enable regional inventory planning across all channels.
  • Ensure inventory KPI performance.
  • Enable regional revenue opportunities.
  • Manage markdown processes and exit channels.
  • Implement data-driven allocation decisions.
  • Implement data-driven replenishment planning.
  • Optimize in-stock performance.
  • Deliver products to the right channel at the right time.
  • Lead the regional integrated business planning process.
  • Contribute to regional supply chain framework creation.
  • Guide execution in retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
  • Maximize sales, profit, and brand positioning.
  • Partner in end-to-end supply chain transformation.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key EMEA leadership team member.
