- Prior involvement in FDA 510(k), PMA, or EU MDR submissions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Experience with AI/ML integration in healthcare applications
- Ability to travel 25%

- Align software capabilities with business goals
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team

- Drive agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee software verification and validation strategies
- Collaborate with Hardware and Quality teams for integration
- Represent software engineering in executive forums and audits
- Manage joint development efforts with external partners
