- Own end-to-end IT accountability for Procurement
- Lead IT demand management and investment prioritization
- Develop and maintain multi-year IT roadmap
- Translate business priorities into digital capabilities and investments

- Oversee IT portfolio governance and prioritization
- Manage IT financial landscape, including budgeting and cost optimization
- Ensure successful delivery and deployment of IT solutions

- Ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT operations
- Act as senior escalation point for critical IT issues
