- Europe regional experience essential

- Strong command of primary research methods
- Strong command of forecasting approaches (drivers-based, scenario planning)
- Strong command of analytics/KPI measurement

- Success partnering across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Medical, Market Access, field leadership
- Driving decisions, improving performance, accelerating execution
- Experience implementing scalable processes
- Experience implementing vendor models
- Experience implementing analytics automation
- Improving insight quality, cycle time, stakeholder adoption
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources
- Deep knowledge of measurement approaches (claims, specialty pharmacy, distributor, payer, longitudinal patient-level data)
- Awareness of EU data privacy requirements
- Expertise designing research for commercial questions
- Expertise applying research for commercial questions (segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, journey, omnichannel effectiveness)
- Expertise designing advanced analytics for commercial questions
- Expertise applying advanced analytics for commercial questions (segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, journey, omnichannel effectiveness)

Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic insights, forecasting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with European commercial stakeholders to optimize brand performance.
- Develop and execute strategic insights and analytics support plans.
- Translate business priorities into integrated insights and analytics plans.
- Ensure consistent, high-impact insight generation across markets, brands, and channels.
- Partner with European Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Sales, and country leadership.
- Shape strategy, optimize performance, and drive patient-centered growth.
- Oversee coordination and delivery across Europe Insights & Analytics pod.
- Set regional vision, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for Integrated Insights.
- Lead a matrixed Europe I&A pod of experts, setting priorities and mobilizing talent.
- Provide expert guidance on market dynamics, brand performance, and business opportunities.
- Establish governance, standards, and ways of working for research and forecasting.
- Own the integrated Europe insights plan across brands and markets.
- Partner with Forecasting leads to deliver demand forecasts and narratives.
- Shape design and execution of Europe market research (qual/quant, ad hoc, and tracking).
- Ensure research quality, compliance, and actionable recommendations.
- Identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Proactively address potential risks and challenges, proposing solutions.
- Deliver analytics and performance insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic partner to European Brand Teams and leadership.
- Lead recurring stakeholder forums to surface risks and drive decisions.
- Partner with Global Integrated Insights and cross-functional teams.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Europe insights ecosystem.
- Collaborate on delivery playbooks, training, and self-service standards.
- Provide clear executive readouts of insights, forecasts, and performance drivers.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and vendor/partner engagements.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, customer-centric culture.
- Define and track KPI frameworks for commercial performance and forecast accuracy.
