- Minimum SLT role or comparable role in MFG/SC in pharma industry
- Third party management background significant advantage
- Strong procurement background significant advantage
- Track record of delivering strong business results in operations and supply chain
- Demonstrated leadership managing global functional teams in matrix environment
- Ability to lead complex large projects
- Work experience in multi-cultural environment
- Advanced understanding of supply chain planning processes in Operations and Commercial Supply Chain Management & Planning
- Experience and expertise in supply planning (RCCP, Scheduling, MRP, inventory optimization)
- Project Management know-how
- Adequate financial acumen
- Advanced leadership and interpersonal/relationship management skills
- Process-oriented mindset to manage complexity and change
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to switch between details and big picture
- Customer focus and delivery of business results
- Strategic thinking in complex business environment
Aufgaben
- Lead effective operation and execution of global supply chain methodology
- Manage and improve supply chain planning capabilities
- Drive supply chain health and performance
- Participate in Global and EMSO leadership teams
- Lead EMSO Supply Planning
- Participate in Monthly Ops reviews
- Participate in Regional S&OP forums
- Oversee volume to AOP/LRP alignment
- Define and deploy EMSO network strategy
- Ensure planning processes and routines at sites
- Manage supply risks and escalations
- Mitigate and contain supply issues
- Lead regular forums with virtual site SC leads
- Build and align site inventory targets
- Develop inventory optimization plans
- Drive inventory optimization programs and projects
- Avoid write-offs
- Conduct routine checks of at-risk inventory
- Mitigate inventory risks and write-offs
- Represent operational unit in write-off governance forums
- Lead and manage virtual sites SC heads
- Build and maintain communities of practice
