Anforderungen
- Master's degree in computer science, IT, or manufacturing systems
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment with track record of implementing digital solutions or Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Experience in designing and implementing IoT solutions for digital production environments
- Experience working with different stakeholders across geographies
- Proficiency in Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, automation, cloud computing, sensor technologies, edge computing
- Experience with MES, OT and SAP interfaces
- Used process mining tools such as Celonis and/or BI tools for analyzing business process performance
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations
- Ability to react to new market trends and high motivation for continuous learning and open-mindedness for new technologies
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel 15% of time

- Identify, evaluate, and implement Industry 4.0 technologies
- Enhance productivity with IoT, AI, and automation
- Reduce downtime using Industry 4.0 technologies
- Improve quality with Industry 4.0 technologies
- Implement digital shopfloor initiatives
- Monitor shopfloor operations
- Analyze key performance indicators
- Leverage data insights to optimize processes
- Drive continuous improvement in shopfloor operations
- Collaborate with network, data center, and security teams
- Ensure seamless shopfloor operations through OT setup
- Build strategic relationships with technology partners
- Maintain relationships with sourcing providers
- Identify risks in digital production technology adoption
- Develop strategies to mitigate adoption risks
- Support business in defining IT requirements
- Manage the demand management process
- Ensure digital production projects adhere to industry standards
- Maintain compliance with security protocols
- Protect sensitive data in digital production
