- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Planner)
- Advanced knowledge of Qualtrics, Miro, Figma, OMS
- Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. SAP)
- Fluent German (C1 level)
- Fluent English (C1 level)
Aufgaben
- Execute digital projects with multiple workstreams
- Focus on Business Case and Requirement Definition
- Manage end-to-end project management
- Coordinate tasks with Omnichannel, IT, and other functional areas
- Estimate and evaluate efforts for new E2E business opportunities
- Delegate feasibility checks for new business ideas
- Implement digital projects and change requests
- Aim for higher customer satisfaction and lower operational costs
- Develop the business and enhance growth
- Manage agile and continuous product development
- Coordinate and prioritize backlog
- Align with stakeholders
- Conduct testing and UAT
- Contribute to cross-functional C&A projects
- Leverage eCommerce and Omnichannel expertise
- Coordinate budget and resource planning
- Manage and delegate 3rd-party company performance
- Lead and coach direct reports
- Conduct performance reviews
- Prioritize and build capabilities
