- Proven track record building/operating scalable backend/frontend services for ML applications
- Strong hands-on DevOps tooling experience (preferably GitLab)
- Designing scalable, efficient pipelines and generalize DevOps processes
- Solid experience with major cloud platforms (ideally Google Cloud/Microsoft Azure)
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)
- Strong background in containerization and microservices architectures
- Focus on DevOps tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, Helm)
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with uv, ruff and similar code quality tools
- Practical experience with system scaling
- Practical experience with load balancing
- Practical experience with configuration management
- Practical experience with deployment pipelines
- Experience designing/operating secure, privacy-compliant systems (e.g., GDPR)
- Experience with user account management
- Experience with data retention/deletion mechanisms
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Fluent in English
