- Develop new technologies and products for fluid handling systems
- Lead design control during concept and product development
- Implement Design-for-Manufacturing processes using 3D CAD modeling
- Manage technical aspects of exploratory pre-development projects
- Execute workstreams to strengthen technical core competencies
- Support development projects with technical expertise and investigations
- Prepare technical specifications, implementation, and validation documentation
- Assess design verification, metrology, and mechanical testing reports
- Coordinate with external development partners and suppliers
- Identify innovations for adhesives, dental, and healthcare segments
- Monitor market trends and new product developments
- Provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders and departments
