- Knowledge of garment construction and pattern making is an advantage
- Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in graphics, 3D Design, and visualization tools (e.g. CLO 3D) is a plus
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to clearly visualize and convincingly present design ideas
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work
- Ability to maintain overview with complex collections
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently represent design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
