- Strong SQL knowledge (DDL, DML, DCL)
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
- Linux proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- English language proficiency B2 or higher
- Scripting, automation, IaC tools experience
- Team management experience
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)

- Optimize database performance
- Ensure database scalability
- Maintain high availability across environments
- Implement disaster recovery solutions
- Manage databases on bare-metal and virtual machines
- Implement and manage replication chains
- Implement and manage partitioning and sharding
- Implement and manage database backups
- Help development teams create RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
- Help development teams optimize RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
- Help development teams troubleshoot RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
- Troubleshoot database systems and issues
- Automate infrastructure management with Terraform and Puppet
- Automate database lifecycle with Terraform and Puppet
- Develop custom tools for automation
