Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years relevant experience in data science or ML engineering with proven hands-on experience in applied ML and AI
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, with libraries (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NLTK), and good command of SQL
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and concepts
- Experience leading projects or functional leadership responsibilities
- Experience communicating with and managing stakeholders, ideally in IT services or consulting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
- Fluency in English
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms
- Experience with data processing in Spark and Databricks, or similar technologies
- Experience with data visualization, dashboarding tools or simple frontends (Streamlit, Dash, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Keras)
- Previous experience deploying ML/AI models into production
- Experience with generative AI and agentic systems
- Fluency in German
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement ML algorithms and models to solve client challenges.
- Extract valuable insights from large, unstructured data.
- Develop and lead AI/ML solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and process automation.
- Collaborate with teams to understand client objectives.
- Translate objectives into effective ML/AI solutions.
- Evaluate model performance.
- Continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assume functional leadership responsibilities.
- Support data scientists' professional development.
