Anforderungen
- Advanced degree in quantitative field or equivalent professional background
- Proven track record solving complex business problems with advanced scientific methodologies
- Deep, hands-on experience building Agentic workflows
- Experience with tool-use (function calling), autonomous planning
- Proven track record in LLM fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF/DPO)
- Experience with distillation techniques for model optimization
- Essential proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem
- Essential proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Cloud environments (GCP/AWS)
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLFlow, Metaflow)
- Hands-on experience with search machine learning algorithms
- Foundational understanding of the search funnel
- Ability to navigate ambiguity to define clear data science solutions
- Ability to deliver scalable results in fast-paced environments
- Proactive use of AI-assisted tools (e.g., Gemini, Cloud Code)
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in global, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn from and mentor others
