- Oversee data collection, management, and usage plans
- Align data initiatives with organizational strategy
- Foster collaboration across laboratory applications
- Generate and implement new data ideas
- Develop master data management solutions
- Implement generative AI solutions (e.g., nLO LabGPT)
- Develop 'One Middleware' solutions
- Define and maintain internal data models
- Maintain data documentation
- Oversee data privacy and compliance
- Ensure PII and PHI compliance
- Oversee data preparation (mocks, validation)
- Coordinate migration projects
- Focus on high data quality
- Develop and refine algorithms (e.g., AON, refineR)
- Support product performance with algorithms
- Scale advanced analytics solutions
- Act as key contact for data consumers
- Deliver data-driven solutions for complex requirements
