- Strong knowledge of clinical data types, analysis relevance, and risk-based monitoring practices
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Familiarity with programming languages (SAS, R, Python) and data workflows (a plus)
