- Practical experience with HL7 hospital interfaces
- Healthcare IT experience (vendor or hospital employee)
- API experience and HL7 Technical Certifications
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Networking technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, routers, switches, wireless access points), Windows system administration, security protocols understanding (beneficial/advantageous)
- Full Measles immunization
Aufgaben
- Lead deployment and integration of HealthCast Solutions
- Manage implementation of system integrations
- Optimize clinical workflows with customers and third-party resources
- Lead technical discussions with customers
- Manage integration requirements
- Overcome technical challenges
- Provide product demonstrations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Manage multiple interface projects simultaneously
- Ensure timely and accurate project completion
- Lead configuration for medical device connectivity
- Lead specialized application installations
- Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders
- Maintain installation documentation
- Develop test plans for client use
- Support presales activities
- Educate hospital IT teams on product suite
- Manage implementation expectations
- Provide backup for remote software deployments and upgrades
- Explore and develop new HealthCast revenue streams
