- Mentor engineers through coaching, code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and production incidents
- Lead cross-functional initiatives while fostering collaboration and shared ownership
- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development
- Implement clear quality, security, and reliability guardrails for engineering practices
