In this role, you will be at the forefront of data engineering and analytics, managing the Consumer Tribe's data infrastructure while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •3-5+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience
• •Expert-level SQL skills for complex transformations and query optimization
• •Solid experience with data warehouses (Snowflake or comparable platforms)
• •Understanding of data pipeline orchestration (Airflow or similar)
• •Experience with APIs, various data sources, and ETL/ELT processes
• •Passion for enabling others through self-service analytics
• •Self-driven, proactive, product-oriented mindset
• •Adaptability to changing priorities
• •Experience in financial services or fintech environments
• •Familiarity with customer analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Amplitude)

Aufgaben

• •Own and maintain the Consumer Tribe's data infrastructure
• •Partner with backend engineers on new tool integrations
• •Handle real-time event streams and data flows
• •Manage Snowflake data warehouse operations
• •Build and optimize data models and transformation pipelines
• •Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• •Create comprehensive documentation for self-service analytics
• •Develop intuitive dashboards and query templates
• •Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot failures
• •Implement data quality checks for business-critical reports
• •Introduce technical improvements for data processing
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs
• •Provide technical guidance on data architecture
