Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and/or AI engineering
- Experience in deploying and maintaining Agentic and/or RAG-based applications using Databricks or equivalent
- Experience in building successful monitoring capabilities for AI solutions in production
- Experience in building machine learning models and promoting ML pipelines
- Proficiency in Python with a focus on task orchestration and machine learning libraries
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Azure or Databricks certification
- Knowledge of MLflow
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and maintain Agentic AI applications
- Monitor models and solutions for quality assurance
- Implement and maintain knowledge graphs for critical information
- Design, automate, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
- Create and manage data and orchestration pipelines for generative AI
- Collaborate with IT and data science teams on AI integration
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed
- Ensure AI solutions comply with pharmaceutical regulatory standards
- Coach teams on onboarding and leveraging AI technologies
