- Process improvement leadership
- High organization and ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders
- Analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, solution oriented, and quick learning/adaptation
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Ability to translate technical findings into business relevant insights
- Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and standards (NIST / ISO/ SOC2)
- Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in tools
- ServiceNow / JIRA experience
- Collaboration Tools (Microsoft Office / Teams / Sharepoint) experience
- Certifications related to cybersecurity and / or project management
- Security+ / CISSP / CISM certifications
- PMP / GCPM / GSTRT / ITIL / CSM certifications
- Professional experience
Aufgaben
- Maintain and create process documentation
- Oversee customer notification processes
- Support regulatory compliance and audit activities
- Monitor Incident Response team activities
- Build and maintain relationships with LoBs and product groups
- Develop and track executive-level metrics
- Conduct and improve tabletop exercises with IR team and LoBs
