- Proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role
- Extensive hands-on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or similar platform
- Strong background in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data analysis, segmentation, and customer insights
- Expertise in automated customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and CRM campaign optimisation
- Experience delivering cross-channel CRM strategies
- Strong understanding of customer loyalty programmes, retention strategies, and subscription models
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools
- Ability to influence stakeholders and mentor teams

- Lead the development of the CDP strategy
- Execute the roadmap for loyalty and retention campaigns
- Automate cross-channel messaging for seamless experiences
- Mentor and guide the CRM team to foster a data-driven culture
- Define and analyze key CRM performance metrics
- Act as the internal expert on Bloomreach best practices
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Digital teams to align CRM efforts
