- Strong knowledge of software inventions
- Knowledge of open source software (OSS)
- Knowledge of copyright and trademarks
- Knowledge of fiscal IP matters
- Knowledge of antitrust issues related to IP
- Experience managing outside counsel and service providers
- Experience overseeing the IP budget
- Experience with non-European IP jurisdictions, particularly the US and/or China
- Experience with non-European IP jurisdictions is advantageous
- Managerial experience is a plus
- Previous experience in the Robotics sector preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Conduct legal operability assessments and advise on IP risks
- Promote IP awareness and foster a strong IP culture
- Supervise specific activities within the IP function
