- Highly approachable, collegial, and collaborative approach
- Accountable and proactive self-starter
- Superb organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Pragmatic mindset with willingness to explore solutions
- Law degree from reputable German university and admission to practice law in Germany
- Fluent in English and German and ideally one additional European language
Aufgaben
- Provide counsel on European labor and employment law issues
- Oversee investigations of employment-related disputes and claims
- Review and draft employment-related documents
- Coach local HR Business Partners on EU and local laws
- Ensure compliance with European labor laws
- Advise on the EU Pay Transparency directive
- Offer solution-oriented legal advice to all divisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for legal input
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Proactively prevent legal issues and disputes
