- Knowledge of industry standards

- Fluency in German

- Experience with large-scale projects ($100M - $10B)
- Familiarity with civil/site construction systems
- Familiarity with mechanical systems
- Familiarity with electrical systems
- Familiarity with structural systems
Aufgaben
- Develop cost estimates and control structures
- Apply first principles estimating
- Prepare capital cost estimates
- Utilize approved work and cost breakdown structures
- Support tendering activities and prepare pre-tender estimates
- Analyze project changes and provide feedback on risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cost, risk, and planning teams
- Analyze supplier and contractor costs and estimates
- Provide estimating support for feasibility studies
- Support project budget and scope management (Value Engineering)
- Support sector/service/client marketing action plans
- Provide and update contact and lead information
- Maintain client care for assigned commissions
- Produce and maintain case studies for commissions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with current clients
- Identify new opportunities with current clients
- Support new bids
- Support Group marketing initiatives
