Aufgaben
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze management reports
- Act as a finance business partner to sales, supply chain, and operations
- Manage inventory valuation and collaborate with operations
- Monitor cost structures, identify financial risks, and optimization opportunities
- Support closing activities and align with group reporting standards
- Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
