- Analyze planning results
- Identify performance deviations
- Derive effective improvement measures
- Establish transparent financial reporting systems
- Continuously develop financial reporting systems
- Prepare regular financial reports
- Create financial presentations
- Coordinate financial reporting for all entities
- Ensure timely financial reporting
- Communicate financial reports to internal stakeholders
- Communicate financial reports to external stakeholders
- Derive financial targets, KPIs, and cost structures
- Align these financial metrics
- Track these financial metrics
- Prepare decision and information templates in German
- Prepare decision and information templates in English
- Oversee professional and financial steering of associated companies
- Oversee professional and financial steering of consolidated entities
