- 5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
- Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager
- Proven track record as functional lead or business analyst in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering experience
- Preferred experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry
- Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proactive mindset
- Experience working in remote and international environments
- Fluent German and English
- Experience working in or with large international consultancies
- Experience across multi-country project settings, navigating business and IT stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, B2B Commerce Admin)
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce and IT transformation projects
- Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource planning
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional and international teams
- Apply project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and processes
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and delivery quality
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Lead workshops, steering committees, and status meetings
- Contribute to proposals and client presentations
- Mentor junior consultants and project team members
- Drive a collaborative team culture
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation
