Aufgaben

• •Ensure smooth project execution for private equity clients
• •Monitor team result quality and client requirements
• •Coordinate project teams and collaborate with managers

• •Utilize PowerPoint and Excel for targeted project implementation
• •Provide competent guidance and mentorship to team members
• •Create Commercial Due Diligence reports for specific workstreams
• •Develop growth strategies for Buy-and-Build and platform initiatives
• •Identify investment opportunities through target screenings
• •Develop market models and validate business plans
• •Conduct primary expert interviews and secondary research
• •Perform market, customer, and competitor analyses
• •Support acquisition efforts and product development
• •Manage project-related and theme-related customer relationships
• •Supervise and mentor interns and analysts
