- Understanding of SAP Payroll data flow
- Language skills: English (fluent) and German (beneficial)

- Develop and optimize interfaces between SAP and third-party systems.
- Create ABAP developments for SAP HCM.
- Design and implement cloud and hybrid architectures with SAP BTP.
- Develop data architectures with SAP Data Intelligence.
- Analyze errors and troubleshoot interface problems.
- Support migration of HR data to the cloud.
- Implement and maintain authorization concepts for SAP HCM.
