Anforderungen
- Master’s or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting
- Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I-IV clinical trials
- Familiarity with SAS and/or R
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, matrixed environment
Aufgaben
- Lead quantitative analysis for moderate-complexity projects
- Ensure high-quality, timely, and scientifically sound delivery
- Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, and specifications
- Create programming requirements and statistical outputs
- Review and finalize technical reports
- Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data
- Interpret results clearly for internal teams and clients
- Communicate methodological choices to support decision-making
- Contribute to regulatory and payer-relevant evidence generation
- Support endpoint strategy and scientific communication
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to proposals, bid defenses, and business development
- Manage scope, objectives, timelines, and quality of deliverables
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to team capability building and training
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
