- Additional qualifications in compliance, risk, or regulatory areas
- Experience in international or highly regulated environments
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain an effective Compliance Management System.
- Conduct compliance trainings and investigations.
- Prepare compliance documentation.
- Foster a strong compliance culture.
- Implement and oversee compliance for assigned risk areas.
- Advise senior management on regulatory requirements and policies.
- Identify, assess, and monitor organizational compliance risks.
- Coordinate with control functions for effective oversight.
- Monitor legal changes.
- Support the annual Compliance Plan.
- Prepare regular reports for the Management Board.
- Escalate critical issues to the Management Board.
- Support and guide international entities on compliance.
- Provide key insights to the Chief Compliance Officer.
