Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in compliance, legal, AML, regulatory, audit
- Experience with AIFMs holding full BaFin authorization
- Ability to draft audit-proof policies, handbooks, and processes
- Structured, self-driven working style
- Ability to move complex projects forward without supervision
- Personal integrity and reliability
- Experience with illiquid asset classes (VC/PE)
- Exposure to DORA/ICT
- Exposure to SFDR/ESG
- Exposure to outsourcing (§ 36 KAGB)
- Exposure to AML (GwG)
Aufgaben
- Drive daily operational build-out of compliance function
- Ensure management oversight during BaFin authorization process
- Monitor regulatory changes (KAGB, AIFMD, DORA, SFDR/ESG)
- Advise teams on regulatory compliance
- Deliver compliance trainings
- Report to management and supervisory board
- Develop and implement compliance policies and handbooks
- Design underlying processes (compliance, conflicts of interest, personal account dealing, remuneration, complaints, whistleblowing)
- Collaborate with service providers and external advisors
- Contribute to authorization dossier (business plan, organizational and process documentation)
- Coordinate outsourced functions (AML, internal audit)
- Ensure clean interfaces and controls
