- Ensure clear guardrails and strong isolation
- Translate regulatory and security requirements into automated controls
- Create paved paths for independent infrastructure deployment
- Maintain security and governance boundaries
- Establish high standards for Infrastructure as Code
- Ensure reproducibility, auditability, and evolvability
- Navigate trade-offs between security, compliance, flexibility, and speed
- Support team in overcoming issues and leveraging strengths
