  • Act as the main point of contact for clients

  • Control fees and bonuses based on defined KPIs
  • Process briefings and client requests independently
  • Solve client problems and know when to involve a supervisor
  • Understand clients' businesses and ensure maximum value from services
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic proposals
  • Manage client communication plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Oversee financial operations for smooth processes
  • Support budget planning and forecasting for clients
  • Follow guidance and respond to tasks for global clients
  • Provide regular reports on client activities
  • Assist in developing annual plans for account growth
  • Collaborate across teams to drive business value
