Aufgaben

  • •Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • •Manage client accounts and ensure efficient work deployment
  • •Control fees and bonuses based on defined KPIs
  • •Process briefings and client requests independently
  • •Solve client problems and know when to involve a supervisor
  • •Understand clients' businesses and ensure maximum value from services
  • •Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic proposals
  • •Manage client communication plans, including timelines and budgets
  • •Oversee financial operations for smooth processes
  • •Support budget planning and forecasting for clients
  • •Follow guidance and respond to tasks for global clients
  • •Provide regular reports on client activities
  • •Assist in developing annual plans for account growth
  • •Collaborate across teams to drive business value
  • •Review plans to enhance margins and innovation
  • •Motivate the internal team to deliver high-quality work
  • •Cross-sell and up-sell services to clients
