- Support day-to-day billing activities
- Coordinate change initiatives across billing, IT, and data teams
- Represent billing requirements in cloud-based architectures
- Focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data infrastructure
- Monitor parallel operations
- Support system transitions
- Conduct validations
- Ensure billing accuracy and performance
- Document processes
- Analyze impacts of system and data changes
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and IT
- Stabilize operations
- Enable sustainable, future-oriented billing solutions
- Contribute to AI-supported and data-driven process improvements
- Foster the exchange mindset
