Aufgaben
- Own the strategic procurement of the entire IT landscape
- Manage SaaS, licenses, hardware, and IT services categories end-to-end
- Develop and execute category strategies for volume consolidation, cost reduction, and sustainable supplier relationships
- Execute RFQ/RFP processes and recurring, complex price negotiations with IT vendors and software providers
- Manage and develop existing supplier relationships, focusing on contract quality and cost optimization
- Consolidate software landscapes by identifying redundancies and overlaps across business units
- Develop and execute cost-down initiatives through volume bundling and contract optimization
- Build structured forecasts for license and hardware volumes
- Negotiate enterprise agreements and framework contracts with strategic IT suppliers
- Collaborate closely with business units as a strategic partner
- Challenge existing software and hardware needs, exploring alternatives and consolidation opportunities
- Guide new requirements from market screening to contract award, including vendor evaluation
- Promote cross-functional awareness of cost and efficiency in IT resource usage
- Steer and report on managed categories using KPIs and data
- Standardize workflows in ERP and procurement systems
- Share knowledge and promote best practices within the team
