- Strong data and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience building scalable reporting and data models
- Proven ability to automate and optimize finance processes using modern tools and technologies
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of CO-PA is a plus
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English
- German proficiency is an advantage
