- Good understanding of IT Governance principles
- In-depth understanding of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
- Understanding of EBA Guidelines application to business processes
- Proficiency in process automation tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Experience drafting or reviewing policies and procedures for IT or financial services organizations
- Proficiency in English
- Proven track record managing and optimizing outsourcing activities in regulated environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external regulatory bodies
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Good networking abilities locally, across European legal entities, and at group level

Aufgaben
- Ensure regulatory compliance with EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
- Develop and implement processes to meet regulatory requirements
- Identify and drive automation of manual outsourcing activities
- Reduce errors and improve efficiency in outsourcing processes
- Optimize existing outsourcing processes for accuracy and coverage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant process documentation
- Continuously monitor and improve outsourcing processes
- Support IT Outsourcing Controlling & Oversight function
- Ensure appropriate oversight of outsourced IT services
- Assess impact of IT Outsourcing activities and associated risks
- Consider relevant regulations in risk assessments
- Determine and implement changes to IT Outsourcing methodology
- Enhance IT Outsourcing governance controls
- Maintain reporting, service reviews, and escalations
