- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in PLM systems
- Experience with core PLM modules (CAD/TDM, BOM management)
- Track record implementing complex PLM solutions
- Experience in aerospace or automotive PLM implementation
- Deep understanding of PLM data models
- Deep understanding of PLM business processes
- Deep understanding of requirements engineering
- Deep understanding of functional design methodologies
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, ETL)
- Familiarity with industry standards (STEP, JT, OSLC)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in international teams
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- German language skills (advantageous)
- Awareness of compliance risks
- Commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Define and evolve PLM functional architecture for Physical Design
- Align functional architecture with Airbus NoP
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs
- Lead workshops to gather and refine requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and IT stakeholders
- Establish functional architecture standards and guidelines
- Research and recommend new PLM technologies
- Enhance product development capabilities
- Provide functional leadership to development teams
- Mentor junior team members
- Analyze impact of architectural decisions on existing systems
- Propose risk mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Develop design specifications, data models, and integration interfaces
