- Prepare evaluation sets for product use cases using AI and human review
- Participate in expert human and automated evaluation of GenAI output
- Support development of automated evaluation methods through SME validation
- Manage SME evaluators to score GenAI output and gather user feedback
- Align evaluation with Operations, Product, and Marketing strategies
- Translate evaluation findings into clear recommendations for operations and product stakeholders
