- Apply BDD techniques with cross-functional teams
- Develop new features using modern design principles
- Ensure codebase cleanliness and industry-standard compliance
- Create reliable and maintainable production software
- Provide on-call third-line technical support
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality
- Share expertise within the engineering community
