In this role, you will take ownership of features from concept to deployment, collaborating with diverse teams to build scalable solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include designing data pipelines, debugging complex systems, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Anforderungen

• •4+ years software engineering experience
• •1-2+ years building ML systems in production
• •Strong Scala knowledge or closely related JVM languages
• •Strong functional programming experience
• •Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP)
• •Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• •Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• •Experience with distributed data processing and ETL pipelines
• •Understanding of data consistency patterns
• •Ability to debug issues across multiple systems and data sources

• •Own features from user needs to production systems
• •Architect data pipelines processing billions of events
• •Ship production systems balancing performance and user experience
• •Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Platform teams
• •Make technical decisions considering cost and maintainability
• •Navigate distributed systems to build reliable solutions
• •Design and implement data pipelines and feature engineering
• •Train models and set up serving infrastructure
• •Write technical RFCs and communicate trade-offs
• •Establish monitoring, A/B testing, and metrics frameworks
• •Debug complex issues across data pipelines and ML models
• •Write clear, testable Scala/Python code
• •Share knowledge through documentation and mentoring
• •Contribute to technical strategy and team best practices
