- Hands-on experience with inter-service communication, fault-tolerant distributed systems, distributed caching, microservice architectures
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (preferably AWS) (highly desirable)
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
- Very good communication skills
