Aufgaben
- Manage financial and ESG performance of a dedicated asset portfolio
- Develop and implement asset and leasing strategies
- Lead leasing activities, including acquiring new tenants and managing existing tenant relationships
- Negotiate tenant contracts
- Collaborate with brokers, consultants, property managers, and architects
- Coordinate marketing strategies and leasing materials
- Conduct market analyses to optimize space utilization and identify competitive advantages
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Development, and Legal teams
- Lead the creation of annual business plans for responsible properties
- Work closely with the investment team to ensure best practices in the 'Buy Manage Sell' process
- Prepare hold/sell analysis papers, refinancing documents, and other relevant documents
- Become proficient in internal systems, tools, and schedules
- Mentor and develop Analysts, Associates, and AMs
