Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional ASIC test engineering experience
- Experience in yield analysis, test optimization, and product ramp-up
- Advanced ATE test development & program architecture DFT strategy, architecture, and implementation
- Test concepts for complex analog, mixed-signal, and digital ASICs
- Deep understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and simulation
- Strong knowledge of digital design and verification methodologies
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, test flows, and failure analysis
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Desirable German language skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to take ownership and drive topics independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to mentor and guide others
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment

Aufgaben
- Define and implement ASIC top-level test concepts
- Develop and maintain ATE test programs for wafer and final test
- Debug HW/SW test issues and improve test stability
- Support production ramp, safelaunch, and sustaining activities
- Act as a technical expert for design, DFT, and product engineering teams
- Architect and develop scalable ATE test concepts and flows
- Own the validation strategy for implemented test functionalities
- Define verification approaches and drive cross-platform consistency
- Ensure alignment and correlation of test results between bench/system and ATE
- Take responsibility for silicon characterization across PVT
- Set up and maintain technical documentation for test concepts and programs
- Release ATE test solutions to manufacturing
- Support ongoing production quality related to test coverage
